The company’s founder, Dr. George McKee is blending over 30
years of clinical and practice management
experience (9 of them in Portugal) with dental consulting, clinical
organization and leadership training expertise.
This combination allows Dr. McKee and his associates to create
customised programs to meet the needs of
the European dentists and their clinics.
They have helped hundreds of dental practices
in the United States achieve and exceed their goals for success. Dental Solutions Europe has recently joined forces with Dr. Marc Cooper of The Mastery Company to bring his highly successful methods of transforming dentists into powerful leaders into our realm of offered services.
Dr. McKee graduated from the University of the Pacific School of Dentistry in San Francisco in 1979, a time when there was an overabundance of dentists in California. Despite this disadvantage, Dr. McKee started and ran a successful cosmetic reconstructive practice in California for over 20 years using the same techniques and management strategies being offered by DSE. He was a client and later an instructor at The Pride Institute a nationally known dental practice management firm in the United States for many years. He has earned advanced certification in cosmetic dentistry, laser dentistry, and endodontics. In 2000 he relocated his family and profession to Portugal where he currently resides. |

Dr. Cooper' s professional career includes private practice periodontist, academician, researcher, teacher, consultant, coach, trainer, seminar director, board director, author, entrepreneur and inventor.Dr. Cooper has studied with masters in many disciplines, participated in formal business educational programs, worked as an independent contractor with top-flight consulting companies, and developed a suite of online business assessment tools. The Mastery Company has been in existence since 1984. Dr. Cooper's client experience includes solo private practices, health care entities, large hospital systems, Silicon Valley start-ups and Fortune 500 Companies. He currently works with clients throughout North America with a few select clients in Europe and Dubai.
